2 weeks ago I got hold of the recruiter his name is Sam his real name is samir he's from Bangladesh. The other orders are from Albania. They're probably sweet all kinds of things new truck ride Uber rides etc. But I came and join them I was moved three times from Truck to Truck. They give you loads and then they take out $500 escrow as a company driver there is no such law rule where the companies can hold drivers pay as what they call it escrow $500 a week. They also will make you do multiple loads no such thing as 10 hour sleepovers after a full shift they will push you and force you to go and pick up another load right after you have completed a 14-hour shift. It's a very shady operation window regard to Law and Order they kept fudging the logs. He's obedience don't understand that if they fight the logs and you run into some kind of accidental homicide especially in Texas you will be put on Metro they don't understand all the blame goes to the truck driver. Calculate your pay after the escrow deductions will realize that you're making anywhere from 37 cents to 53 cents per mile. I did one trip they held by an escrow and I'm giving them a notice I told them return me my money by his girlfriend and I will not put any bad comments. What trip I dec ided to quit and they still took the baby$300 escrow that's almost 30% of my pay. As an ex-employee and an ex truck driver make sure that before you start before you finish the paperwork you make sure that you are getting at least 1500 to 2500 a week and get it down and write it put it down in Writing. 3 we

They will lie to you say your on a dedicated account and your really not they will not let you do your 10 hour breaks restarting your drive clock over and keep calling you when you finally take a break wanting you to get rolling and they will cancel your pay role check on you if you quit stay away from this company

On time payment, positive attitude good working environment, no pushing management is good. Best place to work got lot of experience.

Lady dispatch is cool. Owner was cool until greed kicked in and they lie about fixing trucks. As long as it runs, they dont care. Sons have taken over and are trashing the company. Not professional at all, don't believe the hype. Will say racist comments like it's no big deal. Will push you to a limit and blame you for their failures. Very bad scores, and when caught in violations beyond the driver, they'll blame you. Lawyer up or have a game plan. That's why they backed off me. They worry about other stuff than making more money because they feasted off drivers for years. Work there at your own risk! Money is decent but not worth it.
