If having the feeling of absolute dread every day when you go to work is your thing, this is the place for you. It's like strapping up mentally and getting ready to go to war every day just to make a decent paycheck.
If having other people whining about not taking certain loads and that resulting in you having to deal with it, which in turn results in you making a lower paycheck is your thing.. This is the place for you!
Maintenance personnel are the dumbest in the industry. They hire kids that don't even know how to take lug nuts off a wheel. Equipment constantly out of DOT regulations, expired IFTA stickers, insurance and registration paperwork. I have a good mind to report this company to DOT quite honestly.
Cons
- Low pay (1250 Gross for 5 days of work unless you brown nose)
- 6 Days a week for decent paycheck
- Brain dead dispatchers
- Awful managers
- Driver facing cameras
- Slip Seating when told we weren't going to
- favoritism on dispatch
- Company policy that says we don't drive on ice (haha good joke)

I have never had a company in the 30 years. I’ve been working continuously check on me as a new hire to make sure that everything‘s going good that I’m happy. I highly recommend this company. They don’t require a whole lot of experience for people that are kind of new to the trade Your home almost every night and if they ask you to do something extra to go out of town or you know whatever they make sure they compensate you for everything you’re doing.
Pros
Newer, well running trucks good management, good trainers

Don't even apply here. They have been bought out and they new company is terrible. They are advertising for local day positions. The recruiter lies to you and company drags out training at half pay then tell you only nights shifts are available when you finish. According to my trainer that's what they do. They get most drivers in a position that you have to take what they give you. I had trainers quiting because the culture of the company had become so toxic. Fortunately I was in a position I could leave immediately to another company. I looked online and they are still advertising for positions they say they don't have. They are using deceptive practices to hire because the employee turn over rate is so bad. Save yourself the trouble.
