GM Whole Foods account Braselton GA the devil in Street clothes. I been in the trucking industry for 35 years and by far the worst GM ever! Steer clear. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work for him. Beware.

Pros

Descent equipment

Cons

If I could give them zero stars I would. They don’t care about employee safety or morale. That’s obvious when they guilt drivers into working for 24 hours straight. Management has no idea what they’re doing. They treat everyone like garbage and wonder why they can’t keep employees on.

Pros

Nothing.

Cons

Management (or lack of it), lack of safety, no professionalism whatsoever

I would not recommend working for Lily Transportation. One of the safety managers said swearing while driving violates company policy. He said a driver could be let go for this since they always have the Samsara camera recording. If they look up when the driver has an accident or incident, they can be let go for using foul language. Also, they can look up when the drivers have phone calls with office staff and use the recordings against drivers.

Pros

It used to be a good company before the Simourans sold it.

Cons

Safety Management seems to have it out for drivers and prioritizes office personnel.

Just another number in a day cab. They are owned by a Private Equity outfit. Bottom line is all that matters, move that load!

Pros

Not many

Cons

Micro mangers who never drove a semi.

They dock your pay for being late even due to mgrs faults. They won't fix trlrs. They change driver dvirs from unsafe to safe unfixed and just reload them so the trlr brakes down loads late and your at fault and charged until you prove otherwise. Eventually you get some pay back. Dot always seems to be waiting for us all the time. The incab cameras are on 24/7 Then you are corrected for looking in a different direction than they approve of just to be proven wrong as you were stopped and taking instructions by a cop on a new detour. Mgrs don't know what their doing at all.. They just push paperwork.

Pros

Leaving,

Cons

Regular hazing, and mistreatment. I've never been more unhappy at work I can't wait to leave
