Low pay horrible safety director watching you like a hawk nick pick about everything you do in that truck an they are raciest people

The pay needs to be updated, you have to get so many miles in before you can get an increase every month, after the month is over you have to restart the indentation package. Engine light is almost on every truck. Unfortunately, I have witness dispatch sit there and watch the phone ring and don’t answer when it comes to drivers.. Communication needs to be better when it comes to dispatch. However they safety does take mental awareness very serious. Yes it is a small company but everyone knows everyone in the office and they will stand behind them rather right or wrong.

This is a small family owned company. It's a comfortable place to work. Great home time. LJ Rogers Trucking has very low driver turn over.
