I worked with them over a year and within that time they told their biggest customer they didn't want to do work for him anymore bigger Hughes then even on the guaranteed paycheck they started shorting you till that even to the owner it did not matter so I quit then they wanted me to reconcile to come back but not even offer to make up the money they kept out of my paycheck steer away from the company

I've Been a Driver for L W MILLER for going on 2 1/2 years this co. Is By far The Best Trucking Co. In The country in my opinion in my almost 25 Years of Driving Operations Ran By Craig Patterson is Top notch and the Great Family That own the co. The MILLER Family Are The Very Best Treat Drivers And All Employees So Much RESPECT

Great pay! Great equipment! Great Dispatcher! Great miles! Excellent support! Unbelievably Great Director of Ops ! Excellent insurance! Tank hazmat common sense ability to be self motivated and run safe and load/unload safely all are musts! Hard to get in but all employees are long term. Very little turn over. Most cos will say family. But this is a family. The good kind ! Not the bossy meddling family no body likes.

Pros

Best co outside of law enforcement and military. Maybe last co I ever work for. Why did I wait so long. This is home!

Cons

Sometimes there are breakdowns. Sucks but true.

Its really the best tanker job. Pete 579s. Competitive pay. Great benefits. Flexable time off. By far better understanding of the challenge of this industry. They have a "good to work with" customer base.

Pros

Really supportive honest people who are open to discussion anytime.

Cons

It is over the road work. Home time flexable. Mostly after 12 to 14 days out.
