Horrible company to work for. They need new trainers. Trainer will leave you sitting in a truck all night in GA parked in an industrial place with no bathrooms no places to eat just absolutely nothing while his girlfriend picks him up and they joyride all night. Then he comes back to the truck and makes you drive while he sleeps in the sleeper. Because he was out partying all night! Like really Who’s training who?!? This happened 7x. In GA! So when you ask for a new trainer the guy in the office says “ you need to many days off I don t think this will be a good fit for you!” AND YOU HAVEN’T HAD NOT ONE DAY OFF! make it make sense. 0 out of 10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I've been with them, around 9mos I'm a new driver and I will say that you do have to earn the good loads and I hang in there because I have been treated like a person and I don't have a problem with back hauls. In other words I really like how they treat me and they money ain't the best but I know other companies that pay way less. I'm trying to earn my keep.

They have never heard of the Amtrak Reauthorization and Improvement Act of 1990. You can make some money but you end up owing your home state taxes if you are not a North Carolina resident.
