One of the best companies I ever worked for. They specialize in reefers and have experienced dispatch. I was working with Todd, he was there 24/7, middle of the night if I have any issue. I'll be back with them as soon I recover from my disc hernia surgery.

I been an owner operator over 20 years and I’ve seen the good and bad in this business. Mad Duck treats me right. They pay good and don’t mess around with your money. Loads stay steady, and I get paid on time, every time. No surprise fees, and they tell you straight what the rate is. They don’t treat you like some rookie. You do your job, they do theirs.

Been working with these guys for almost a year now. They have good paying runs, dispatch is always there for you. Danny one of the owners is amazing. I’ll put one more truck with them as soon my nephew gets 2 years of experience.

Do not work for these people! They are the exact opposite of a family oriented company. My truck broke down on me after spending 5 hrs getting loaded, drove well over 200 loaded miles before breaking down. They sent another driver to come get the loaded trailer and take it the rest of the way and didn’t Pay me one dime for the loaded trailer. Then the offered to put me in a rental to make the 7k to get my truck out the shop cause I’d already spent 16k in repairs in the first 4 months with 3 weeks of down time and all my funds were depleted. They kept my last 2 pay checks so needless to say I’m going to lose my truck. Also never buy a truck from Oliver Truck Center in Houston TX. You’d be better off working for Super Ego and they are horrible also, spent 3 weeks with them.

Stay away from this company. The way the want you to run your loads at times is definitely a red flag plus violation. Plus the deductions they take out every week changes, and you have to really look at your pay stub to make sure they are not taking out for things that they are suppose to be paying for. Also, one person can tell you something and the next person tells you that the person who told you that couldn't have said that because they know better. Do basically they are lying to get people in the door and when you are in the say you were not told that.
