I started with this pile of fecal waste on January 7th at around 11:30 in the morning. The KW T680 i was assigned to drive had (and still has) major issues that the company played ignorant about. The truck wouldn't pull off the yard and I nearly missed my pick up appointment. Things only got worse from that point. When the European who owns the company had enough of me I was summarily relieved of duty without pay. If you're looking for a driving job in the Chicago area then it's best to avoid anyone with an accent of European origins.
Cons
Too many to listen here.

Truck and trailer payments way too high and they service it in Chicago so the maintenance team forced me to drive up there for $1.3 per mile on 3 separate occasions so they can fix the sensor and def problems I was having with my 2023 Cascadia. Loads were not consistent and they drive you everywhere, no dedicated accounts just broker loads. After all deductions and fuel and escrow and truck payment I was getting $1600-2300 a week. They did pay me my full escrow back although charged me $250 for cleaning. They paid my ticket back home. I wouldn't recommend this company cuz they're not consistent. I had to argue about my statement every other week. Dispatchers were ok but ni dedicated routes, just broker loads. It was a waste of time honestly.
Pros
New equipment, friendly people
Cons
Not consistent loads, no dedicated routes, WAY TOO HIGH payments, dispatchers don't speak good English, maintenance team forces you to drive back to Chicago for repairs
