They try to keep you in the negative so they can hide double charges. When you take home time you come back to negatives. They nickel and dime everything. Will charge you for their truck when the truck is in worse conditions no matter how new it is. They misclassify drivers and treat 1099 like W2, meaning when you go to shower after driving 36 hours with three hours of sleep, you will get a call from your dispatcher asking why are you stopped. They treat you like a horse. They say that they do a lot for you but they charge you for it all. It all shows up on your settlement. They get rich off of stealing from drivers even in horrible economies. I hope Trump can do something about Chicagolandia.

Pros

They pay for things and take it out of your settlement

Cons

Fake rate cons, double charges, fake logs, require you to drive 24 hrs straight

Great Company, they mean what they say, cheap payments for brand new equipment. This program is made for the driver by the driver!

Pros

Drivers facilities, Great Pay, transparency

Cons

Payroll is a little slow, it’s trucking

Avoid this company at all cost. They are shady and absolute thieves. I went to work for them as a w2 employee at 55cents a mile. They switch me without my consent to a 1099. Which I would have never agreed to. Then proceeded to charge me for everything but fuel, truck or trailer. I’ve messaged and emailed everybody I can about the money they owe me. I have received no response from anyone. Even after being told by my driver manager that they were in the wrong and I should be reimbursed. Which I have not received going on 2 weeks now. One thing they won’t tell you till you get to orientation is that they mess with your HOS clocks or that the company will fine you for every little thing. Meaening they will mess with your clocks and if you get caught by DOT they fine you between $1000-$2000 and you have to pay the ticket along with being put up for termination. Also if you get any violations on a warning they will still fine you from $200-$500. The company clearly grew fast from stealing money from their drivers. The shadiest part is they use the signal app for communications so they can delete the whole chat thread so you can’t use it against them. Luckily I took screenshots. This company is what’s wrong with the trucking industry. If shady foreign companies is your thing then feel free to contact them. Just warning you they will steal from you after they bait and switch you during orientation. The recruiters are reading from a prompt. Like most but this one is the most ### backwards recruitment style I’ve ever dealt with. I’m not even mad at the recruiter though. It’s all the shady ##### in the office and shop front desk. Also there’s no bunk heaters and they have the trucks set to auto shut off after 10 mins of idling. I got told to grab an extra blanket and Good luck ✌️ I did not run for them long for good reason. Out of $2k I maybe saw about $600 of that that they kept for their selves and came out of pocket around another $500 so I could keep moving since it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone after 5pm. For scale tickets, lumper fees, deposit for straps (which I never received back), and being charged for my transportation to get to orientation that I was told the company will handle since I was coming in as a company driver. ALL LIES. I came to work for them with the intent to make money but instead got robbed and put into deeper debt then I started. Believe all of the bad reviews. The box lunch they provide you at orientation is the only good thing about this place. Maybe you’ll have a better experience but this was my experience. I’ve been driving for 2 1/2 years and applying for this place was the worst decision I have ever made in my trucking career. That’s saying a lot considering one company let their driver steal my Xbox and sentimental expensive watch collection along with other items.

Maybach is a great company for drivers looking for reliable equipment and steady miles. The trucks are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need to stay comfortable and efficient on the road. Home time is flexible, and they work with you to match your schedule preferences. The pay is competitive, and weekly miles are consistent, so you know what to expect in your paycheck. They handle a variety of loads, which keeps things interesting and ensures there's always work available. Overall, it’s a company that supports its drivers and values their hard work. It is a solid choice for anyone in the industry.
