The BS safety department is a jock. They look for minor issues to accuse you,but in a minute if you call them and can't finish the trip after 11 hours drive..? No problem,they will give it to you to run and finish it regardless of your safety.if any default on your truck should be replaced immediately since the driver pay lease to the Penske truck,but that will take them days or weeks till you get swap. What the safety department knows is, complaining and arguing with drivers while driving. It that safety...? The rate confirmations are not clear for drivers. Drivers only obey what the dispatch said with no actual price tag evidence .

I've been with them for 3 years now and I have to say they are one of the best companies I ever worked for in my 20 years. Not sure if the people here who are complaining simply didn't get a good dispatcher or they expect to make money sitting at the truck stop. You need to be a runner, familiar with fuel management, time management, etc and money is guaranteed....

Great experience with onboarding process and first few weeks. Very professional team. They put you in a real hotel, not some road side motel crap. My dispatcher is awesome.

MBG is the best. The whole team is amazing. Safety is very attentive to drivers, equipment as well. If you ever come ask for Eldin to be your dispatcher. He'll run you but you'll make great $$$

I worked for MBG for 5 months and only went home once for a week. Gross pay was great but what you bring home definitely lacks. They Keep you in the north east where you pay a lot of tolls, no fuel surcharge, never supplied a rate con because they skim off the top. Was bringing home paychecks from $3000.00 to $300.00. Fuel( I always found the cheapest places) and tolls are a beast. Truck grossed $90K but I only brought home $25k. They kept escrow. Stay away from them. They will run you illegal by resetting your 70 anytime they need you to cheat the law. These great reviews are obviously from within the company. SCAM COMPANY
