Driver Beware. The company has been through changes recently. While they still have decent benefits, and the runs are not bad, I am not sure the president and higher management are aware of how lower management our cutting corners and breaking rules under the radar. Seems drivers will not speak up in fear of losing their jobs. Yes, I have a family member who was just let go and has evidence of things recorded on their phone but will not take my advice and speak up. There was a big loss with a delivery and it seemed to be a defective part or improper installation of a part and McNay would NOT investigate it properly. They just say it's driver error and let them go. They just want to let it go, maybe out of fear of being retaliated against while looking for a new job. I wish more drivers would speak up. Mechanical errors and trailer issues are not properly investigate by maintenance and many bandaids are used by order of the maintenance manager. It has also been noted that logs are improperly certified by office staff, not the drivers. Just do your research and keep an eye on your truck and logs.
