This company is absolutely no good ! They lie about "Their no forced Disbatch " ! All loads are less than a thousand miles, most are around 500 miles. I've been here 6 months and have done everything as Safely & Legally possible ! And they manipulate, and make excuses for why I'm not getting enough miles ! I'm leaving as soon as I can , while I still have an excellent driving record, CSA score and dignity ! ????

Pros

Got me home on time

Cons

Shop doesn't fix equipment issues, even when they say they do.

Very relax atmosphere. I appreciate the open door policy. Most companies say they have an open door but never care about the driver side. They were different. When I had an family emergency they got me to the terminal and a plane ride home. Told me when I'm ready just let them know. That was kind of them. Hope to see them soon

Pros

Treats you like a person. Shop really tries to get you in and out..

Cons

Small yard need to be care when parking

These people just straight up lie and try and run you back and forth to Louisiana! I55! 3 weeks out 3days home! Late getting you home... Forced dispatch! Lease purchase? 2K down on a truck! Tell you how many days you can take off while buying the truck! Crazy!

Cons

Terrible company. Everyone is either an aggressive bully or a sleezy and manipulative snake. It doesnt matter how hard you work, or if you do everything right, they'd still expect you to operate bad equipment and wait a couple of days just to save them $100 on a repair, they'll steal your money, and they'll blacklist you on SeeDeeEllScan* if you try to speak up. One driver gave them his two weeks notice after 3 years driving for them, they disabled his truck in the middle of nowhere, he left after 2 days of being stranded, and they reported him for an abandonment and blackballed him in every way they could. I'm being super nice and helpful and doing everything they say, but I'm planning my exit quietly. I'm documenting everything like my life depends on it, otherwise they'd never get me anywhere close to home. *SeeDeeEll = CDL

Pros
