Local , but also sends you 3-4 hours away in Indiana or Ohio during the week , long work days , supervisor calls you in for small reasons and threatens your job title . Put in two week notice and supervisor calls you in just to not allow you to finish the two weeks . They force long hours sometimes , you have to look out for yourself the company doesn’t have consideration towards the drivers. overall it’s alright company . But definitely have its cons

Pros

Local Home daily Mon-Fri Decent pay Okay benefits

Cons

Long hours Far routes Bad management Forced loads Feel like your jobs is on the line if you mess up Not considering towards drivers

The company is a revolving door the general manager and Almir talk to you like you are beneath them, they both have no respect for any one this includes drivers and employees of the shop, they stop paying holiday pay their insurance is garbage and they have no 401 k. And when you ask for a raise they tell you to hit the road your not worth a raise, the co is being run by two clowns who don’t have a clue how to treat people or respect them, they have cut corners to save pennies it’s a #### show a clown show and I can see this place not surviving long term!

Pros

None

Cons

Too many to list including an incompetent general manager who has no respect and Almir who tries to make himself look right all the time because he has money under all those piles of cash he has is a man that is a bully and someone who isn’t happy with himself

If you enjoy having a life outside of work, do not join this company. You’ll do 65-70 hours in 5 days and they’ll still want you to come in on the 6th day because you still have 4-5 hours left. They don’t care about anything but getting the job done. It doesn’t matter if you’re out of hours or if your equipment breaks down as long as it still “works”. There’s no 401k and no holiday pay.

Pros

You can do whatever you want, just don’t mess up.

Cons

Faulty equipment, old equipment, no work-life balance, “as long as it works” mindset, dispatch has no idea of the limitations of weight and height of a truck. No opportunities for advancement. No holiday pay. Dispatch doesn’t care about your HOS, they have a “just get it done” mindset.

No respect for drivers. Fires you after you give a 2 week notice out of spite. Not a good company to work for. They don't pay well.

Pros

They give you insurance. ( It sucks)

Cons
