This company gave me a defective truck and trailer week one I began fixing the truck and trailer. I was trying to get help from the maintenance as to why I’m continuously fixing the truck in the trailer. Everyone there kept telling me they’re just doing their job. I stayed there from July to November 2025. I turned the truck and trailer in with no damage and parts fixed that I fixed from the beginning. They treat every driver like they’re a bad driver whether you’re a good driver or not. They also stole my escrow so now I’m in a legal battle.

Pros

My dispatcher was super amazing both of the dispatchers I had Alex and Dylan.

Cons

Once you get into that truck, you will get ignored Alex the guy that gives you the truck in the beginning will try to rush you through the process so that you won’t check for engine damage and such. And yes, if the truck does break down They do expect you to begin paying for that right away.l, on day 1.

This is my 3rd time working for this company. And I will stay with them. I love all the people I work with from logs, dispatchers, after hrs, maintenance, accounting, and safety. This is my home and they make me feel important and appreciated. Plus I love my pay and my truck. Thank you all for supporting my goals and dreams. Now for those negative people out their let me say you get what you put in with this company and it's all about respect.

EQUIPMENT always breaking down and Charge drivers maintenance fee yet trucks were NEVER maintained before releasing it to driver. HOME TIME IS NO SUCH THING PAY THEY DOING THE MILES BUT NO PA WEEKLY PAYCHECK BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS HAVE YOU IN THE HOLE FINANCIALLY AND NO CASH ADVANCES, SO DRIVERS ARE NOT EATING, WASHING LAUNDRY, OR ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE OF NO PAY

No respect for the drivers, don't care about drivers safety, fudging log books on the driver's, trucks have NO IFTA STICKERS before releasing the truck to the drivers.6 months employed with this trucking company and 6 months NO PAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRUCKING COMPANY They make the drivers pay for their own transportation to orientation, motel, drug test, any ubers or lifts used all put on the drivers responsibility and yet their the company doing the hiring. Decent company comparing to others in Chicago Area. They have their own shop yard and everything seems pretty good whenever i was swinging by. I recommend this company for work

Great company to work with honestly! They've always been on time, professional, and easy to communicate with. Our loads are handled smoothly, I'm home every other week, check warries from about 1800$ to 2500/2600$, depends how I drive.
