Honest, transparent, supportive, reliable, professional

MNA Dan, I worked there for six months. I start in December 1925 the first week of December 25 I got three checks from this company the week of New Year’s. My truck broke down. I had a truck for 23 days. It broke down after it broke down. I had to get it to a service man came out first then when they couldn’t fix it, they had to get a toll. It was a recall on the crankshaft, which I shouldn’t be paying for no toll or no road service they charge me for the road service they would’ve charge me for the crankshaft, but they knew I knew it was a recall so they turned around and charged me for a sensor and a fuel pump truck sat there for almost 2 weeks. They charged me for each week. It was sitting there plus the week that it broke down after having a truck for 23 days I was in a hole for about a grand altogether. It took me 2 1/2 months to get out of a hole. I didn’t get out a hole in two. The last week of April didn’t have no paycheck. I think I got I’ll be honest I got I have to go back back in February. I was frowning ready to get a check and then they turned around and bail me for the toll when they post the tow out so I want to get the check back at Fairway cause they took the toll money out and then really late. They put it back. I was back in the hole. They don’t keep their word. My Dispatch was not too bad cause he did try to help sometimes and he did get me home, so I’m not gonna say he was the best but he was fair but the other people nobody know what’s going on. You can’t get no answer to anybody. Nobody told to have the power to do this. They don’t have the power to do that after I get a hole I get one check for about $1000 and the truck breakdown again out not a joke Jonesboro, Arkansas so the week come down there I stay in the truck the whole week I stay in the truck. The truck should be fixed by Monday. It wasn’t fixed that Monday. It was it wasn’t fixed the fall on Monday so when I got to the second week. I had to make my mind up to get up out of here but within that week that I was still in the truck for the 10 days they send me a invoice a settlement. My settlement was a -$4000 and something like four to say 4100 for the whole for them, towing the truck and the service guy coming out on the same thing to happen last time. I told myself I have to go because I believe they would charge me for the two or three weeks the truck was sitting so I’ve been at 8000 hours again I’m not total lies. I will get anybody copy my documents to prove my point because if I was you, I would work for this company if they pay me to Work if they pay me to come there, I wouldn’t work for them because they go get all the money back and they know who I am cause they know I’m not telling Noah I’m telling 100% truth

Pros

The pros My Dispatch was OK. I think he was. He was trying to help. I don’t know he was 100% with me but that time he seemed like he was so I can’t say too much bad about him. I think he could support me a little more in some areas, but nevertheless, he was

Cons

The cause I would just stay away from that company and they think they do when a regular truck driver no, they’re not they go find them they go find out

Home time sucks, long drives making no money, sitting for long periods, gas is outrageous then when u get ur check it's not enough to live on.

Pros

Pay is good when u get good runs

Cons

Lie about when you'll get home, low checks after u drive across the United States. Spend a lot of money for gas. Sit alot
