The best trucking company I have ever worked for . They treat you like family at MO Trucking . Made a lot of friends at this company and learned a lot from everyone . The management is very professional and the trucks are always well maintained. I’m very happy with everything here .

Great company work there as a class B driver. Always get overtime and very nice equipment. Great pay and dock to dock work with some lift gate work.

Great Company to Drive For! I’ve been driving a Class B straight truck with MO Trucking for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best driving jobs I’ve had. The management is professional, respectful, and truly values their drivers. Dispatch is organized and communicates clearly — no last-minute surprises or unrealistic expectations. The equipment is well-maintained, which makes a big difference when you're out on the road. Routes are planned efficiently, and I’m usually home on time, which is a big plus for work-life balance. Pay is fair, always on time, and there are opportunities for overtime if you want the extra hours. If you’re a straight truck driver looking for a reliable company that treats you like more than just a number, I highly recommend MO Trucking. They’ve earned my 5 stars.
