The work just isnt there for all shifts anymore. Went from grossing 75k to 50k the past 2 years. It seems the owner of the company really just doesnt care about looking for work to keep us busy. However if you're retired or semi retired this is a great place to work. Unfortunately they have driver facing cameras too so if you like feeling like you're being watched all day there's that.
