They keep their word on Miles, Home time ànd work with you to make the money you need. This company make you feel like part of a family. We will miss them so much.

Pros

EXCELLENT PAY, long mileage loads, pay is accurate!!

Cons

My truck is not brand new!! However it has no leaks!!! And gets the job done!! It's better than, new trucks/ low pay!!!! Lol

The recruiter promised a specific regional route and an almost new truck. Then just before orientation, he said the owner wanted me to drive a year 2000 Classic truck. I said I would not drive a rust bucket of a truck that was a visible DOT violation. Th recruiter said it was well maintained. I went to orientation and at the end, was assigned a rust bucket of a truck that had so many deadlines, I knew they would never fix them all. I ended up quitting after they had me assist another driver in delivering a few Interstate loads in order to get me home after training. They never paid me over $300 they owed me for training and for driving and put a Do Not Rehire mark on my driving record. Dishonest people. Don't work there.

Pros

Regional Interstate company with stwady routes.

Cons

Dishonest, unethical, low pay, unfair and vindivtive, won't pay if you have a dispute and will attempt to ruin your driving reputation if you quit even when they were wrong from the get go.

I drove for ndl for about 8 months they treated me good but they lost a lot of fright . just dont have a miss hap with the safty director or there suck ### trainer that will call in on you al the time if you want more info talk to the drivers they will tell you verything

Do not work for national distributors sellesburg,in.

-they will charge u for bus ticket to orientation,hotel room,drug test physical,etc etc.

-low miles u will be running 600 miles trips in 2 days.

-they will screw your pay every friday,spend 30 or 45 min,every friday with fm regarding missing money.

-if u quit they want the truck in any of national yard,and u will have to pay for your bus ticket going home.

-u need to kiss ### in order to have 1800 or 2000 miles a week.

-they say no east coast but they send u to nc.

-hometime,u will see your family twice a year.

-if for any reason u refuse a hot load or a favor u will sit for 5 days without preplan.

-truck are not bad,but trailers are piece of ####.

-they will pay u .31 cents per mile same as swift.
