Pays good home almost daily except once a month live chicken loads to the Midwest 3-6 days out.
Might get a rare overnighter. Equipment is Ryder lease any problems are taken care of pretty rapidly to keep you rolling.

Really nice work environment from other employees to customers.
Cons
Sometimes getting a call back from management after hours is a bear but not to terrible
