I've been working with Navinix LLC for over 2 years. This is a true OTR company, perfect for drivers who love long hauls, like coast-to-coast trips. If you run less than 500 miles a day, this company isn't for you. For real OTR drivers, Navinix is the place to be. If not, you might want to look for a regional or local job.

This Company is pure TRASH!!!! I would never go out my way to leave a post on a Company, but this has to be done. I was a driver here at Navinix LLC MC# 992513 DOT#2927626 and If u love your Golden Ticket ???? thats in your pocket AKA your CDL'S stay far away. These folks will manipulate the clock so that u can run all day and all night. VERY VERY UNSAFE!!! They flat out do not care about you as a driver!!! They pay u only 20% of the load so if the load is 1000, u will get paid 200$... I can b alil hot headed at times and i guess i got under the none speaking English dispatching team skin, within only 3 weeks of working here, i was called in for a "random drug screen" from Ohio all the way to Orlando(Where there Terminal is)" to take the test. A couple hours after, i was called by their Supposedly "Safety Team" that they have to let me go, All because i drive too slow!!!!!! Remind you... They are manipulating the clock so that i have another 11hrs to drive at any time i needed it. So to give me an excuse about my driving is ridiculous. I live almost 5hrs ways from Orlando, i had to find my way home in the middle of the week!!! Fellow Drivers This place is a set up if i have never seen 1 before. Do your self a favor and stay far far away
Pros
There isnt a pro to them. Matter of fact. Im about to call my lawyer on this company here

Everything you can think of

If you're a legit CDL carrier... & don't want to risk you CDL... stay away... To be honest... they seemed a little aggressive when I brought up DOT regulations after they question why I didn't continue to drive after the 14hrs... I was literally told I was let go after only 6 days ... because I was causing them money...
Pros
If your ok with manipulating your DOT logs... you can make good money
Cons
Getting fired if you don't do 700 miles daley...
English is definitely there 2nd language... Hard to understand & communicate with...

I've been with the company a little over 2 years as a Company driver. I get pay weekly for what I have worked the week before. My pay is between $1800 and $2300. Which is enough for me. The couple of time the truck has broken down they've taken care of it.
Pros
They pay for transportation from and to the yard when is my home time
Cons
When I go to home time I don't get my paycheck until I come back (3-4 days). Since I'm aware I save money for it. Not a big deal!!

I wouldn’t work here if it was the last job on earth. Don’t let the fake reviews fool you. You won’t get paid or have much home time. Your last check you can forget about it because you’ll never see it. They lie and cheat you out of your check. No jb hunt trailers no Amazon trailers no fed ex. Just regular broker and the dispatch team are idiots . Stay away respected drivers
