They demand strong communication from drivers but fail to return it. They expect you to work 14-hour shifts on little to no sleep and then come back for another full shift. They ignore the 34-hour reset, and if you’re close to violating E-log hours, they try to pressure you into using paper logs. There’s little to no communication among management, and overall their practices feel dishonest

This only good thing about this company is they offer drop/hook freight. You WILL pay for tires, (if blown out while u r n possession ) windshield (if there is a chip) even tho you r a company driver.. smh Dispatcher hate the word sleep you will be called repeatedly 20+30xs I have screen shots ...lol This company definitely manipulates the eld you will be asked to send pictures constantly while you're driving of the dashboard because they want to see your fuel level so that they can have you stop at a fuel station that is convenient for them so they can save money.... They don't care about the fact that they are now ai cameras all over the interstate and if you're caught holding your phone it could be catastrophic you will be asked to deadhead anywhere from 100 to 400 MI for Bear scraps and when I say bear scraps you as the driver will never make more than $100 and deadhead miles they will tell you oh we got the broker to do this amount but they forget to tell you that you as a driver will only get 25% of that oh yeah and the $100 that they said they will provide for travel home once you drop off the truck you can forget about it that will be deducted from your check Definitely had to report them to the FMCSA !!! Don't waste it time with NAVINIX these are the same people that hack our American Citizens phones and ask about your car warranty

They want you to drive more than 800 miles everyday.They have people overseas (Uzbekistan) editing and doing your logs for you to run all day.They keep everyone's last check.Any problem with the truck they will take it out of your check.They will take everything from your check.Even if it was their mistake.You can't understand the dispatchers.They will call you multiple times a day for eta .You will sleep 4 hours max daily.They have other sister companies with other names in groveland,FL.Be careful.Its a trap.

I regret to have worked with this company. Big lie liars. Never try them if you don’t want to regret

Companies like that shouldn’t exist. They don’t care about ELD and pay is very low for the work you’re doing.
