Horrible company. Horrible communication. Strong favoritism. Short miles. Does not give retention bonus that was promised. Lies about everything

Do not go to this trucking company at all. They will try to make you work illegally pass HOS, they will not talk to you through about route no clear route directions, and they will try to be confrontational to you after you make any mistakes

This company could be the next best thing but due to lack of experience in trucking the rank dead last. First off home time is usually long enough to reset then head back out. The planners are terrible because they didn't get in until 10 or later so if you weren't preplanned the day before it could be noon the next day before you receive another. I was a regional driver yet every Friday I would find myself doing local pickups around LA or Phoenix to drop off at the yard then have to run a load all night for a early morning appointment on Saturday. The yards or terminals are a joke. Never much parking yet the prefer high value loads be parked at the yard instead of a truckstop. Majority of the people you speak to after hours are from India. The things they ask you to do while driving definitely let's you know they have no trucking experience. The safety manager Kareem is definitely an Uncle Tom and chooses to decide on what's a safety concern and what's not. The operation as a whole needs a makeover.
Pros
Fridges and inverters in most trucks. Decent equipment most of my dash lights are off.
Cons
Not enough English speaking people that have trucking experience. Need to invest more money in Legend only spaces instead of shared yards. Experienced mechanics that know about trucks not a bunch of 20 year olds that can barely change oil.

The only thing that was good about this company was the hotel that they put me in for orientation. The truck was a p.o.s. The trailers were trashed, except for a slim few that were in decent shape. Dispatchers are outsourced to India, and they get very angry when you can’t understand them. APU wouldn’t work correctly in 110 degree heat, and got yelled at for bypassing the idle shutdown and letting the truck run. Being harassed by dispatch on my 10 or my 34 demanding that I “Have to answer my phone”. Ditched their truck in Rancho Cucamonga and ran as fast as I could. Worst company I’ve ever worked for.
Cons
Dispatchers that don’t speak English
Equipment won’t get fixed properly
No home time
Constantly being harassed by dispatch on your 10 or your 34
