Good dms but pay is terrible equipment is junk breakdown is the worst constantly trying to get you to use unsafe equipment so they could save a buck and the pays is terrible. 55 cents a mile when I started they said 60 then less then a month later they cut it to 55

The planners are terrible. They are rude and untrained. The have no understanding or compassion for the drivers out there.

The pay is decent enough but the bonuses for a 10,000 month are a joke. So unappreciative

The equipment is not well maintained and if you get broke down, good luck.

Legend is keeping drivers moving. The freight world is a scary place and the DMs here still keep drivers in the sest running the road. Pay is top notch. Especially with what everyone else is paying. Recruiters were honest, didn't lie. Took a little longer to get to orientation but that's the only negative I experienced.

First off the trailers are junk and you will find yourself in breakdown more than driving. Be away from your family and still only make 300-400 a week. Worse place I have ever worked

Please Please Please ???? listen any thing or any opportunities that you're seeking, please pray about it and let your heavenly Father lead you and guide you in the direction he wants you to take, don't make a mistake to over step your bonderies, let him lead you the way. This company is a joke, make sure you CHECK your reviews before choosing this company, the 10,000 dollar ???? retention bonus is bait, what company out here in this industry is giving every employee that much money to sign on with them. Now don't get me wrong the money is real that there ???? giving away, but every one is not making for the two year spand that it been paid out. Please CHECK the review before signing up.
