They are way more concerned with growth and their profit then with drivers home time, pay, benefits, etc. Like all trucking companies they will tell you they appreciate you with a bunch of words that they then don’t back up with the actions that would convey your anything more then a stepping stone for them to use to make a profit. If you complain about being treated poorly they will just treat you even worse.

Was on vacation came home from Asia was sick had Dr do not work order and was canned for job abandonment. Lost my phone on ride home from CLE got sick no voice no hearing no phone. Sent in Dr notice but my dispatcher and safety director both quit. U make the call

Keeps new equipment, dedicated on site 24/7 maintenance department. Treats drivers well, knows your name, assigned dispatcher. Run as hard as you want, get home every week or stay out longer if you want. Typically leave on Sunday and get home either Friday - or Saturday if you want an extra load/pay. Family owned, have met the owner several times at the terminal when I'm passing through and during monthly BBQs. They got me home immediately for a family emergency, no questions asked and didn't bug me about when I'd be back to work. Made $88,000 last year and was home every week.

Pros

Great ownership, good pay. Make as much as you want if you are willing to work for it. Detention, layover, weekly minimum pay if things go wrong and not your fault. No touch freight. Treat you like a human being.

Cons

Some slow customers, a lot of east coast and northeast (no NYC), not enough drop and hook.

The best equipment always kept updated. Home time is great and always work with you for your family if you need time off. Vacation time is great. The pay is top notch, miles are most always between 2,200 and 2,500 a week. Loads are always available to run have hardly ever waited for a load to be sent to me.
