This company has started engaging in what looks a lot like cost-shifting, which is illegal. They’ve been quietly inventing new “company policies” outside the employment contract to offload their operational costs and fiscal responsibilities onto employees. These policies are enforced through unjust penalties and fees, framed as routine procedure but clearly meant to cover expenses that the company should be handling itself. If this continues, they’re not just acting unethically, they’re inviting a class-action lawsuit for these unlawful practices.

Pros

Dispatch communication. The ability to take long periods off.

Cons

Deceiving business practices.

The truck smelled of dog #### and they tried to fraud me. “Just sign it” to find out they tried to wage garnish me for $300 to clean the truck. The same truck I used a whole Lysol wipes bucket and still was pulling up black. Disgusting truck! Lying snake staff! All of them are the Operations Manager. They all are full of it! I should have known when the other guy quit as I was joining this company. One week I went from let’s try this to hate. I been driving trucks a long time but come on! Sleeping on a mattress that smells of DOG ####! They commit crimes to steal from their drivers. They need their DOT number revoked. 57cpm for what? You won’t get that, they will short your miles, charge you hidden fees. Wanna pay for the gas as a company driver? How about repairs? INSANE!

Pros

Nothing!

Terrible company. First you can't take truck home. Second you can only fuel where they choose. Third and most important they will cheap you out of miles, reimbursement pay, and layover pay. If pay for scale or accessories for truck ( wiper fluid, antifreeze etc..) you will not be reimbursed. If you drive 3000 miles they'll pay you for 2600. Also they control your 70 hour clock. For example I ran out of hours and they adjusted my clock to give me more hours. THEY ARE CROOKED stay away

florida sucks

I am working for a fleet owner leased to NATS. I think company trucks are all elog and set at 65 mph. They are all new trucks with ele apu. All new trailers. We work to about i 35 and east. Company drivers are forced dispatch. Nice people in the office.
