Took away all our safety bonuses, bought a new yard, built a brand new terminal, and they have the guts to say "we're sorry if your semi annual bonus isnt much, the market isnt very good". Really?! Oh, and not to mention they are now outfitting all the trucks with 4 cameras. That's right, not 1... Not 2... Not 3... But 4! FOUR CAMERAS to look for any reason to fire you. Unbelievable. This was supposed to be a family company. Looks like a terrible corporate one now.

Absolutely NOTHING!!

Cons

4 cameras pointing at you 24/7. Took away safety bonuses. Lowered the only other bonus we get.

Fraud people owner Rajesh Dara is a fraud person, still owes my thousands of dollars and now disappeared from Canada and living in Laredo, TX Using new canadian drivers for interstate work in USA by saying there company is authorise to work both in canada and USA and when someone refused to do they hold there outstanding dues and never pay. They start new company in laredo TX under name of Oscar Freight ...

I have been trucking for over 25 years. I have been working for Northern for 6 years. This is the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone from the office staff to fellow drivers are great. Team players.

Great, family feel company. I have been with the company almost 9 years and from day 1 it's been an amazing, growing company. They strive to be better each and every year. It's honestly a place I can call home.

Unethical and downright pushy dispatchers. If you don't play their little games you're in for a miserable career. They say they care, but if you raise any concerns they will immediately get defensive and try making you feel like a horrible employee. I've been here for several years and nothing changes. Time to move on.

Nothing, unfortunately. I love what I do, just not who I do it for.

Cons

Pushy dispatch, micromanaged, no sense of accomplishment after working long weeks and hours.
