Nova Lines has been a great choice for me. Their lease-purchase program is straightforward, and I’m saving a lot with their fuel rebates. Hauling flatbeds with one of their Freightliner trucks has been smooth, no complaints. If you’re looking for a company that takes care of its drivers, Nova Lines is solid.

Pros

Solid company and people. Good outfit overall

Cons

Freight market aint great right now.

Haven't been long with them, but I am happy so far. After a quick two day orientation, and I found myself in a fresh truck and on the road. Nice staff, Chris is funny. Nice new yard, with showers, and laundry. I get along with my dispatcher, they alawys have a load waiting for me.

Pros

Honest management, nice staff, fresh trucks

Cons

Same ole complaint every trucker has, hometime.

100% of the issues are your responsibility. No one from nova will every fully except responsibility for their screw-up. Home Time is marked 1 star, as you can actually go home as you like, but know that your truck/trailer/equipment/expenses are due weekly roughly $2,100 weekly, 6months only 2 fuel surcharges. You pay for the fuel with maybe (.60) rebate per gallon. PLEASE GO OVER YOUR SETTLEMENT AS MANY HAVE NOTICED REPEATED AND ERRONEOUS CHARGES

Pros

Great way to own your own NEW TRUCK!!!! 3k miles, loads are good, some issues, heavy 8' tarps, (75%). Please save yourself and DO NOT EXCEPT A USED TRUCK. 30 DAYS IS NOT ENOUGH TIME TO CHASE THE MAINTENANCE ISSUES ON A POORLY MAINTAINED OR ABANDONED SEMI WORK TRUCK. BRAND NEW TRUCKS HAVE BRAND NEW WARRANTY

Cons

They offer large percentage of used vehicles, are poorly maintained, not fit nor ready to positively earn you$$$without depleting your escrow immediately after 30 days. I only heard of or spoken to very few that are content with their operations. It's basically a world-wide to get you into a used truck, no test drive, mostly used rusted securment, refurbished tarpes. The straps are new, you may get lucky and acquire some other brand new items. USED SEMI TRUCKS HAVE LIMITED WARRANTY, You can mak

Haven't found everything to be what it should be. Getting things taken care of on equipment is ridiculous. The money is not what it should be and they take more than they should for what you deal with. Dispatchers speak broken English at best. Trying to give it a fair shake, but not at all impressed so far.

Pros

Not sure if there are any at this time.

Cons

Have to fight to make any decent money, get equipment fixed that should have been right in the first place. They'll keep you out rather than send you to get your equipment fixed. Have to be a #### to make dispatch understand what you say is what you mean.

If you want to make 300 bucks a week be gone 6-7 weeks this is the place for you do not do this simply run away you will loose everything you have and when you are down to your last year they will starve you out so bad you’ll have to return the truck to them

Pros

There is absolutely nothing nice I can say about this company

Cons

no paychecks and confident dispatchers management is a joke. No home time you’ll make $6500-$7000 in a week and end up bringing home three to $700 a week.
