Honest and transparent company. Equipment is in top shape.Like every other lease program you need to hustle to have a great check but they make sure I get a good gross every week.

I've been working in the company for two years. Excellent trucks with very good equipment. Very good comunication with dispatchers. Five stars to them!

A bunch of hidden deductions, dispatchers and managers alike talk to you crazy, was employed for a month didn’t get a check over $800 after grossing over $6000 all loads are a super long wait . My last pay check was $106.22 lol and I didn’t even get that on time

Every week there has been an accounting issue. They do not inform you of the $5000 the take over 10 weeks for truck deposit and security deposit. Then highway usage tax of $600, then truck registration of $2000, insurance at $295 a week. You are responsible for checking over accounting work every week and find the mistakes they purposely make in order to hold your money, then you have to request that money back and wait for it, usually for it to be added to next weeks pay. Also Never use their maintenance facility as they will add bogus charges! I went there for a PM service and mirror replacement and ended up with $3000 bill which was automatically deducted from my pay leaving me with several weeks of negative balance checks. They tried charging me for replacing three tires on my trailer when the trailer had eight brand new tires two months prior when I started with the company and also two spare tires underneath the trailer. When I proved that, they did reimburse me the $800 but I had to escalate the matter to the owner, Nash. Even this week I am charged once again for highway usage tax for 2024-2025 that I paid two months ago. I am currently waiting on reimbursement as I write this. My highest pay check so far has been $1900 and lowest has been -$1120 yes NEGATIVE $1120!!! Let me also add that I live on the truck! All my personal belongings are in a storage unit, and I only have a car and a cell phone that I owe on. This means that my monthly bills are as low as I can possibly get them and I am constantly in danger of car repossession! I drive mostly on recaps. If I took hometime it would be staying with friends or relatives, so think about this! I am in the perfect position to earn top $$$ with this company, yet cannot keep my bills paid! I set aside enough for my girlfriend and I to eat on weekly and the rest gos to bills. This is absolutely the worst lease program I have encountered in my 8years of driving! Last year I earned over $110,000 bring home pay! Unfortunately that company (KSM Carriers) doesn’t offer the same pay program I was on, but that’s another story. What I’m saying, this isn’t driver error, or a one time mistake. This is a constant battle between drivers and the accounting department. The driver managers are decent, however they don’t always find good loads. Whenever I get a call from brokers asking about my location or whatever, I ask them to send me the Rate confirmation personally so that I can check and see if they are cheating me on load pay. So far the rates have been accurate and no misleadings there. Use a system of checks and balances to mind your own business and never blindly trust any company to do the work for you! Many companies will cheat drivers thinking we are idiots and cannot think for ourselves.

The whole company is a scam . I ran 3 weeks grossing over 6k and take home 300 bucks . Then went home for a wedding they sent someone to take the truck with my stuff on It I had to chase the truck down to retrieve my items . They claimed it was damage to the truck and it never was and they didn't pay me my last check or anything. They will be getting sued by me
