Another Russian company scamming the drivers. They take 250 escrow from you and don't return it. I worked there over 6months and when I left they ended up keeping my last pay check and escrow even after I returned there truck. They charge you for the flight and Uber they said they covered when you first start. You will drive more then hos allows you will drive extra miles and not be paid for it. You will not ever ever see detention or layovers because the owner is a thief and keeps all extra income. You will pay for any damage caused even if not your fault. The people here are in a foreign country dispatching you and giving you fake names so they look like Americans when there out of india and Russia etc. stay away from these Russians they are all about stealing anything they can from you working you like a dog for free telling you to put in and out times so they can collect detention. When your truck breaks they try so hard to say it's your fault and make you pay it when there trucks are old and have over 500k miles. All they do is oil changes and grease nothing more they will wait for it to break down so you can pay. Don't expect escrow back and be ready when you quit to be charged for all flights Uber etc. stay far away from these thieving Russians

I had the pleasure of workin’ with NT Solutions INC as an owner-operator out here on the road for over a year and a half, drivin’ my trusty W900. From the get-go, they treated me like family—fair, honest, and always keepin’ the communication clear as a bell. They run a tight ship and make sure everything’s smooth rollin’ down the highway. I had to step off the road to take care of my sick daddy, but I wanna let folks know NT Solutions INC is a company you can count on, no doubt about it. If you’re a driver lookin’ for a good, trustworthy outfit that respects its folks, look no further.
