Went from a large company where you are truck number when you call on to, Hi Rob what can we do for you. They have 100% transparency on all items and actions. When they call you they treat you like a human and talk to you like an adult. I have not felt this at ease on coming to work in a long time and my wife has noticed the difference.
Pros
Great people to work for, and work with.
Cons
I didn’t find them 7 years ago

Definitely the best company to drive for! There are no surprises here. The recruiter does not lie. The company is built on faith, integrity and shares its profits with the employees. If you’re a safe driver and can prove you are consistent, no one in the industry will pay better.
Pros
Equipment, people, integrity, values, pay
Cons
If you are a slob and don’t take pride in your work as a professional, you won’t fit in here.

I currently work with Nussbaum as a Dedicated Route Truck Driver, and my experience has been very positive.
Communication across the company is excellent. Anytime I’ve reached out, I’ve received timely and helpful responses, which makes a big difference on the road. They also do a great job honoring their mileage promises, which shows integrity and respect for drivers’ time and work.
When I needed repairs on my truck, the process was handled quickly and efficiently. The team took the time to explain everything clearly and asked the right questions to ensure the issue was fixed properly.
Overall, the leadership at Nussbaum is outstanding. They are supportive, responsive, and genuinely care about their drivers.

Not perfect but great company. Home time there could be better. People there were respectful for the most part. Would occasionally send you to places where 53ft trailers didn’t belong. Micromanagement was also issue when you factor in the inward facing camera, forced dispatch, your speed, CERT RED, not knowing when your actually going home and etc. Just be the driver that agrees to everything and you will do well there. I know I lasted as long as I could lol.
