Great company to work for everybody treats you like family. I'm a flatbed driver and their weekly guaranteed is unmatched by any other flatbed company out there

Excellent company to work for. I am 2 months in and go home weekly. I average around 2500 miles per week, sometimes more. I made more on CPM with my last company but bring home a little more with Nussbaum because of the additional pay for start/hook load and stop/drop load ect.

My pay is constant, home on weekends either fri or sat but ur home on weekends. Some of ways of doing things like what was tought todo. Their goung learn hard way and expensive, from other drivers experience in the past. Some times maintence are slow. By not fault of their own.

Home on weekends, mileage is constant, family oriented, the care about by calling/txting/ or other means of contacting.

Cons

Some of things that has to coupling/coupling to trlr, way they want done vs the correct way.

This company is the best! Has a small family owned feel. EVERYONE treats you with respect and kindness. Pay depends on how well you follow their program. Run hard, drive safe, deliver on time and you will get paid excellent.
