Home time sucks. Even a load home isn't guaranteed. Will switch it up on you last second and then go home so you can't call em like cowards. They don't care about drivers home time since they still get to go home to their families. If you don't care about being home then it's the place for you. Equipment is decent, pay is ok.

I happy to say that I’m lucky to choose this company as my next employer because everything that I’m looking as a driver is in here. Thank you Nussbaum company.

This my first time but I tried to read everything,I can say it is good to work with you guys.

It’s a great company, I never felt that way before, here I fill like part of big family, no just a number like pretty much all the rest of truck driving co that I worked before. I’m blessed to be part of it.

Forget everything you know about trucking companies. This company is different! From the moment you step through the doors, you will instantly know Nussbaum is one of a kind. They believe in putting drivers first and it shows in everything they do. From the equipment to the pay to the way they involve and treat us. You will feel it from the moment you walk through their doors. The way they pay, you won’t find anywhere else. You literally get paid for everything you do. There is your base pay but on top of that there are so many other things you get paid for. Things that you would be doing anyway. Like delivery/pickup and just being a safe driver. I can go on and on about this company but you really won’t understand or believe it until you see it for yourself. It’s a faith based company but you don’t have to be religious to work here. I’m not. Just be a good person and want to do better for yourself and your company and you’ll fit in. I can say this is the best company I have ever worked for!
