I'm sad to have been let go. I feel if I was given a longer training, since I had no OTR experience, I could have been an asset to the company.

Three months in my experience has been excellent. It has been a pleasure working for them. They are responsive and I have received exactly what they said I would. Overall a great organization.

Been doing OTR/regional work for about 8 years. But doing my 90 day review here(may be long). I run on a dedicated account home weekly. Constant miles 1600-3000 a week(this is how my account runs other positions may be different)Has a good pay including CPM, weekly guarantee, breakdown pay, stop pay ect. Trucks are maintained well they actually get you in for midpoint inspections, oil changes, or for emergency as it can happen. Everyone in the office has treated me with the most respect from my recruiter still checking in on me even getting phone calls to wish me and my wife a happy anniversary and happy birthdays. Benefits are good including reasonable health insurance, rider and pet policy. Home time I believe is good. Dispatch has always set me up for min 34hrs-60hrs home but they can’t control weather traffic ect so may get home a little later than you may expect. Company is employee owned and they are open with how things are going along with predictions ect

Treat us like family, all on a first name basis honest about everything. Best company to work for ever. I promise you will love this company.
