No money out of pocket to start your own business, 0$ down lease program I got a good used well maintained truck, i have been doing LTP let them choose the loads and im happy with what i get, they make sure i can physically drive it they always ask never push me on a load if i dont feel i can make it, and in process I make good money with being consistent, been long time in the game and the important part for me is that they will pay for the repairs and deduct from statements the way it works for me, if my truck or trl is down they will loan me a different truck no charge, now tell me where you can get that? They make sure to keep my wheels spining so i can feed my family. All i need to do to be able to provide is to show up on time and let my dispatch work for me to make me good money. Sometimes things are out of their control but I am a big boy no need for handout but overall good company to work for, best i ever worked for.

Pros

Safety, maintenance, support 24/7, accounting, dispatch.

Cons

Runing east more than i would like but thats what makes my bread. You got to understand the game to make it.

I started with this company in June of 2025, been driving since December 2008. When I say that this has been hands down the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work for, you can take that to the bank. Their pay is competitive and they recognize/reward hard work. The equipment is so well taken care of that I had to adjust myself to keep up to their standards. I got used to companies that put a bandaid on stuff, not these people. If there is an issue they fix it. I don't honestly know how good the hometime is, I choose to live in the truck. I do know however I went on a camping trip and they accommodated me beyond expectation. I average 3,000miles a week which is what I asked for. Loads so far have been 100% zero touch, and the trailer is married to the truck. The staff from the dispatch, safety, billing, ELD, recruiting, etc have all been nothing but a pleasure to talk to and work with. I have never been left on hold, or had to wait hours to get something handled. Doesn't matter the time of day. They listen and are reasonable. As long as you do your job and aren't just a steering wheel holder I do believe anyone can thrive at this company. They are the first company I have ever considered doing lease-purchase with and have started the process on that. They truly do treat you like a person.

Pros

Pay, Miles, Treatment, Equipment, Communication

Cons

Only cons I have at all are nit picky and honestly out of their control at the end of the day. All companies have their issues, this one has the least.

Great company! Flexible lease options. The dispatch department knows what they are doing. I let them choose loads for me, and now I'm making avarage $2500. Well maintained equipment and very flexible about everything! They are keeping the promises. I will recommend this to everyone!!!

Pros

Everything! Equipment, dispatch, management, paychecks!

Company driver, 6 months, 65cpm, each week 3500 miles, driving Pete 579 2025, got it with 10k miles, got a brand new trl also. Paid for each detention (the company is paying, not waiting on a broker). Flexible home time, sometimes I'll stay out for 6 weeks and take a week off, sometimes I'll stay out for just 2-3 weeks... Overall, good team; they hear me, not many companies like this one
