They don’t like to fix there equipment They don’t like women They only hire them because they have to, but they will get rid of them one way or another They force you to do illegal things If you get DOTTED , They Punish you by not calling you into work and limiting your miles You never know when you’re gonna work or not because they don’t have a schedule and if you don’t get a call by 8 o’clock in the morning, then you know you don’t work

Pros

If you are liked, you’ll get plenty of miles If not, it’s Sporadic and Limited

Cons

They don’t like women Faulty equipment they don’t like to fix They’re on the hit list for DOT
