Pay is bi-weekly. They have GREAT benefits! I feel like more than just a number here. Staff is always cheerful and upbeat!

As a local driver, decent pay for the job you are actually doing. Flexible schedule. Easy work for it being flatbed. Equipment could be better but its mostly due to drivers tearing stuff up and leaving it for the next guy

Pros

Work/life balance, decent pay, good place to learn, and the other drivers will generally help you out show you different tricks and answer questions if you need it

Cons

As with anything there will always be aspects of something that someone doesn't like nothing is perfect

I have worked here for several years and it boils down to respect. They expect you to work 14 hours a day and then sleep in an unsecured lot with no bathroom, shower food, etc...(knowing you can't find a spot at a truck stop that late as they don't care). The equipment is well maintained, as long as it is a dot item. Driver comfort is secondary.

Pros

Office staff are great with a few bad actors. Home time is ok.

Cons

Your not really treated like a human being by dispatch so try to ignore him.the pay is horrible
