You are better off working for a different company. This company in Augusta Maine picks favorites and lets them get away with anything inckuding poor pallet builds.

Pros

The only semi decent thing is the pay.

Cons

Lack of benefits Lack of respect from managers Pallets loaded onto your truck are done poorly and managers don't care.

I've worked here for going on 10 years and I am getting less home time than ever before. Route dispatch times are getting earlier and home time is getting shorter. Solo routes are barely home now- more layovers than ever- and team routes are brutal. Team route can't run legal otherwise the drivers would never get home, backhauls are ridiculous - management doesn't care how long you sit as long as one of you has hours to drive so many times you'll be leaving mere hours after you get back. Team routes have a lot of stops and are worked like dogs. During the week- they own you. Claim to value home life but don't help you get home more. They could build routes that drivers actually want to run, but are to lazy to. Management is more worried about dispatching on time and not setting off the camera than how your quality of life is as a driver. Not willing to work with you on your schedule.

Pros

Pay is decent. When management actually takes the time to build routes (instead of AI), the schedule isn't bad. Equipment maintained.

Cons

Home time. Help from management.

You start at 2pm run 630 miles at night . You have 3 drop and hooks and you have to fuel the trailers. 13hr shifts for 52cpm. The route is in a heavy construction with 55mph zones for atleast 300 miles. Terrible place to work ????

Pros

4 day work week

Cons

Paid ever 2 weeks. Low wages

Good place to start for new drivers as you will hate the job. The pay is very low. Go to US Foods and they pay much better.

Pros

Great equipment, discounts on food, no overnight

Cons

Low low pay. Management is clueless and they treat you like a slave.
