This company is one of the best in the industry. It is a company that honors loyalty and seniority. It is old fashioned work ethic that will be rewarded. After operations get to see a positive and “can do” attitude out of a driver, the bumps will smooth out.

The maintenance department is a constant work in progress..

Performance Trucking may be an excellent company but today we encountered a very rude driver in southern CA. He parked beside our senior community pool during an aqua class and refused to turn off his truck motor (despite entreaties from the instructor) spewing toxic fumes and noise for the 25 minutes it took him to unload his truck.

You do have to get along to go along which can be hit or miss, but the pay is good and many of the people there are good people.

Promise you the world, and deliver Haiti. You have to push the dispatchers for loads. In-house fees(owner op) are extremely high. Owner Operator pay is less than their company drivers

An old fashioned company where respect is earned. If one doesn't mind working hard and earning great pay this is the place to be.
