Been with Prima Express a couple months now and so far it’s been solid. Newer trucks, steady miles, and dispatch keeps you moving. Everyone’s been respectful and easy to work with—no micromanaging as long as you do your job. Pretty good experience so far.

Pros

Trucks, miles, dispatch

Cons

Still early to judge long-term experience

Good morning, I am a 7+ year otr driver that just has been working with Prima for 2 years now. So far I have absolutely no complaints, they have by far exceeded my expectations.I earn about 2k a week which is good. My dispatcher has become like a brother to me during this time... Linas, the owner knows be by my name, you are not just a number here and they treat you like an equal, which is rare. If you are hardworker you will make money here

Pros

New trucks, I am in a 2025 freightliner. Dispatch good, miles are dedicated 2800-3200 weekly.

Cons

Nothing I can think of

Linas takes care of everyone. Knows driver by name and I worked with them for 4 years before retiring from OTR. Good company with heavy miles, if you want the work theyve got it. I got paid every week and if I got to do layover I got paid for that too. I don't have anything bad to say about them.

Pros

3000 miles every week. I know no other company who does this. Dispatch good. Trucks new but only freightliners.

Cons

Old yard but who cares

I’ve been driving OTR with Prima Express for about 4 years now. Honestly, it’s been a pretty solid place to work. The equipment is reliable, pay is steady and the benefits are decent. Dispatch treats you fairly and keeps you rolling. Overall, it’s been a stable place to work.

Pros

Reliable equipment, steady miles, decent benefits

Cons

Like any trucking job, long time away from home

Most of reviews here are from BS drivers. I have been working here for 3 years and I plan to retire with Prima. They are the only company I found in the industry that keeps you running. Ive been averaging 3000-3200 miles for the last 6 months and couldn't be happier. All trucks are 2022 or newer, I'm in a 2025 Cascadia. The dispatch keeps you running. I like working and being out for longer periods so this is perfect for me.

Pros

Dedicated 3000 or more miles weekly, New trucks. Pet and Rider Policy. W-2 Benefits

Cons

Yard is a bit old and had to ask for a fridge, but they got it sorted right away!
