My W-2 Statement 2024 $46065.56. Now divide that by 4 weeks. I saved back 20K. I put myself thru school and earning another certification as we speak. I request loads no matter the mode of comms. This year I am having an issue with Dispatch, Micromanagement and the Owner. I have financial goals to accomplish as well as academics. I had a 5 year goal set at Prima Express from last year and the goal was to save back 25K a year at the minimum which means I would save back 125K at 5 years at the minimum. I do not know my CPM or how many miles I am driving regardless of the outcome. This is the reason why I take care of myself and try my best to resist against violent behaving people with superiority complexes. This is why I stay away from the drama and dumb stuff around companies and out here on the road cause I be focused on my own goals. Now this year I maybe going to another company depending on if I get fired, quit or the company folds. I don't need no lawyer. I can care less about some abc group people. My personal credit is great and my debt is almost gone. I stand alone and keep on going because when situations get negative I know I am a negative stereotype all day and all night long I can't run from it it chose me before birth. No one wants to be the target but what are you going to do when you become a target? I'm in my 40s so I already know any company I go to there will never be any friends or allies in dispatch, micromanagement, safety, compliance, accounting, mechanics, owners and more...just professionals of all kinds who behave or act a certain way no matter what part of the world you come from. I'm only in the trucking for the money and I use to help out here and there but not no more because I have been put in situations where it was be dayum if i do and be dayum if i don't. 4 more years I can start my own micro-company as just me only back to the flatbed side. Dry Van has always been the hardest division for me because the challenges are always in the backing from either side no matter where I am at and even maneuvering but see that takes practice and time in the art of perfecting. So at many of the customers I get that chance to do all of that and some more and drive thru any weathers safely. I highly recommend drivers to climb into other positions within logistics not just driving and non-profit organizations have certifications out here as well as degrees and licenses or registrations to acquire. If I leave America with monies and assets in hand, then I won but if not then they won. I know what I signed up for...i signed up to be another number to do a job, to be disrespected one way or the other, to risk my life out here on these roads and parked in safe havens and to be the negative stereotype they see or do not see including be at a low wage earner. I have no shame. I'm not broken or lonely. I make it to become a micro-businessman who created his own scholarship then to me I done it. I am not out here trying to make millions of dollars no. I don't want those problems. I knew a couple millionaires back in my home state and they told me I didn't want those problems. So you will never hear or see me envy or be jealous of another person or people millions of dollars cause money do not make me I make the monies. I done been to all 48 states before this company so if I survive this year America's politics and this trucking company then I have 3 more years left on my 5 year minimum monetary plan but if I don't then I continue onward into another company until I reach that goal cause it don't stop. As long as I can pass a hair follicle, blood and urine test (which I have not failed any in all my life and will never) including staying in shape for my CDL renewal able see and hear clearly with a clean CDL then guess what? I'm employed somewhere even as my own micro-businessman to come soon.

MONEY: RANGE FROM $800 - $1500 WEEKLY AFTER SOUTH CAROLINA AND FEDERAL TAX; ANNUAL 1K RETENTION BONUS RECEIVED; NO 5K MILLION MILER BONUS WILL BE RECEIVED. SO IF YOU FROM SC NO CHILDREN NO RELATIONSHIPS THIS COULD BE YOUR AVERAGE MONETARY GUIDE OR MORE. MILES: RANGE FROM 2000 - 3000 WEEKLY. TRUCK: FREIGHTLINER WENT FROM A 2019 TO A 2023. TWO WAY CAMERAS ARE INSTALLED AND I AM OLDER IN AGE SO I DRIVE A DIFFERENT WAY FOR ME AND NOT FOR EVERYONE ELSE. A CAMERA IS A CAMERA AND SO IS INSURANCE. THERE ARE CAMERAS EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCKS IN THE USA SO ONLY ONE IN-FACE WILL NOT HURT AS A MIND OF FACT SOME ACCIDENTS COUNT ON HOW THE DRIVER REACTED AND WHAT WAS THE DRIVER DOING AS FAR AS INTER-CAB BEHAVIOR WHICH INCLUDE AND NOT LIMITED TO CELLPHONE ACTIVITY, FOOD AND DRINK INGESTION, SLEEPINESS, ROAD RAGE, DRUGS AND ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION INCLUDING POSSIBLE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. AM I PERFECT? IN NO WAY SHAPE, FORM OR FASHION BUT I DO ACCOUNT FOR MY OWN MISTAKES AND LIKE TO SUPPORT MYSELF BECAUSE I AM ALL I GOT AND THAT IS JUST THE FACTS OF MY LIFE MAYBE DIFFERENT FOR EACH AND EVERYONE ELSE. DISPATCH: SHORT LOADS AND LONG LOADS; YOU ARE MICROMANAGED DEPENDING ON YOUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY METRICS. I AM MICROMANAGED DAY AND NIGHT WHO RECEIVES CELLULAR TEXTS, PHONE CALLS AND ELD MESSAGES. THE OUTCOME FROM BEING TRACKED OR MICROMANAGED IS MORE OR LESS LOADS. WORK SHIFTS: ANY DEPENDING ON HOURS OF CUSTOMER. RECAPS AND ALL DOT LEGAL SPLITS ARE USED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION INCLUDING 34HRS JUST AS ALONG THE LOAD IS DELIVERED OR SHIPPED ON-TIME. HUMAN CLIMATE: I IGNORE ALL RUMORS AND GOSSIPS ABOUT ME FORMER TRUCK 224 AND NOW 341 TO INCLUDE ANY AND EVERYONE OF PRIMA EXPRESS INC FORMERLY AND CURRENTLY EMPLOYED. I JUST HAVE MY OWN GOALS IN LIFE SO I MOVE A DIFFERENT WAY. I DO NOT SEXUAL HARASS. I TRY TO KEEP AS PROFESSIONAL AS I CAN BUT I AM STILL HUMAN AND WHEN I WANT TO BE AWAY FROM EVERYONE WHILE GETTING PRIMA EXPRESS INC TRUCK MAINTENANCED I WILL GO FOR A WALK IN THE NEARBY PARK LITERALLY A FIVE MINUTE WALK AND WALK THE TRACK UNTIL I AM TIRED AND THE TRACK IS PRETTY LONG TOO AND I MEAN LONG LIKE AS IN MORE THAN TWO MILES LONG ONE WAY WITH GOOD NON-HUMAN INTERACTION AS THE SCENERY. LOCAL DRIVERS BRING IN THE LOADS FOR OTR DRIVERS AS WELL AS OTR DRIVERS BRING IN LOADS FOR LOCAL DRIVERS. GENDER EQUALITY: I SEE WOMEN AND MEN DRIVING TRUCKS. I SEE WOMEN AND MEN WORKING WITHIN PRIMA EXPRESS INC. RACIAL EQUALITY: I SEE MULTIPLE ETHNICITIES DRIVING AND WORKING. WEAPONS: I DO NOT CARRY BUT I HAVE SEEN DRIVERS ON THE HIGHWAY SHOOT AT EACH OTHER AND THAT IS SEMI AND REGULAR DRIVERS AS EMPLOYED BY PRIMA EXPRESS INC AND BEFORE BEING EMPLOYED WITH PRIMA EXPRESS INC. I SEE CONCEALED CARRIERS ALL THE TIME WHO ARE SWORN OFFICIALS OF THE LAW AND NOT. AGE: I SEE DIFFERENT AGES. PETS: I SEE PETS WHICH ARE ALLOWED ACCORDING TO PRIMA EXPRESS INC POLICIES. SEXUALITIES: I HAVE NO IDEA AND JUST BEING HONEST. I AM STILL FORMER MILITARY WITH THE POLICY OF "DON'T ASK DON'T TELL". I AM ALSO NOT INVOLVED INTO ANY POLITICAL CLIMATE WHATSOEVER...NEVER VOTED OR REGISTERED TO VOTE. I ONLY VOTE WHEN SHAREHOLDER MEETINGS ARE SENT TO MY EMAIL BASED ON WHATEVER COMPANIES I AM VESTED IN. MAINTENANCE: TALK TO THE PRIMA EXPRESS INC OWNERS. HOME TIME: I DO NOT HAVE A HOME AS IN MORTGAGE, RENT OR LEASE. I PICKUP MAIL AND KEEP GOING ON MY LOAD. OTHER DRIVERS DO GO ON HOME TIME FOR VARIOUS AMOUNT OF TIME AND COMEBACK TO WORK. IF I NEED TO GO SOMEWHERE IMPORTANT THEN I WILL TAKE BEST MEASURES AND INFORM DISPATCH TWO WEEKS PRIOR SO THEIR BUSINESS CAN BE AS IS WITHOUT ME WHEN I AM GONE FOR SUCH AND SUCH AMOUNT OF TIME. THERE ARE PLENTY OF LOADS GOING INTO NC, GA AND SC IF THE ECONOMY IS STILL SPENDING MONIES IN THOSE AREAS FOR THOSE LOADS TO BE SUPPORTED BY PRIMA EXPRESS INC. OWNERSHIP AND THE REST OF PRIMA EXPRESS INC: HOWEVER YOU INTERACT WITH THEM IS HOWEVER YOU INTERACT WITH THEM THAT IS ON YOU AT FIRST, THROUGHOUT UNTIL THE END. I CAN ONLY SPEAK FOR MYSELF AND THAT IS I HAVE NO FRIENDS OR ALLIES SO ALL I SEE OUT HERE ARE HUMAN BEINGS AS PROFESSIONALS AND CHILDREN.

A great family oriented company with respectful staff, skilled mechanics who go out of their way to help drivers. Also well maintained equipment and new trucks! You will not be micromanaged here, just do your job, stay reliable, and communicate, and things will go smoothly. Btw the dispatchers are great!!!

Pros

Guaranteed 2800-3200 miles per week. Non breed specific pet policy. New trucks. They treat you like one of their own. Dispatchers are MVP's

Cons

Yard is a bit dated, but its ok.

Most of the trucks are 2020 or newer but roughly treated because of the loads. Governed to 66. Cannot use automatic transmission in manual mode at all. Fixed routes. PA, NY, SC, TX, AR, LA and occasionally GA or CO. A lot of paper loads and cheap brokered freight. They are self insured so their freight range is limited. Dirt lot, most of the shop doesn’t speak English and they jury rig things often

Pros

It’s a job. Most of the trailers are decent. If you are at a dead end and no one will take you they probably will Company car Rider and pet policy

Cons

Crappy sub par pay for industry with no accessorial pay. No detention/layover/weather pay. They will not pay for a truck wash. Ever. You “can” get it washed at the yard but you have to get owners permission, be on a long enough break, ect They will not get you a bus ticket, rental car ect. They will reimburse you but it’s minimal to what they feel like Dirt lot with a steep incline in/out of the yard. $2000 escrow which no one seems to see back. ALL TRUCKS are keyed identically

No alternative and desperate? work here. HUGE Micromanagement by manager. He is the office ,the phone calls, mechanic and body shop & driver. Hard to understand due to language barrier with manager and some staff. Once I find another company, I am out of here.

Pros

Good mechanic shop , good trucks overall, good miles, but if no Walmart account would be afraid miles would be hard to get

Cons

Red Flag #1 have to pay your way to them to possibly get hired . #2 pMicromanagement, #3 charges $1000 for end of job damages ( drivers say I will not get that back when I leave ) no detention pay, does NOT pay full miles driven ( zip to zip) , no vacation pay, no extras, no truck washes , No lounge except for getting trucks worked on & closes at 5 , yard is ridiculous, not family oriented, depressing office , No help at night or weekends , horror stories by other drivers, they are only worried
