Run kw's. Paid hrly. Bulk sand mainly. Will discriminate against people with disabilities. If safety doesn't like she will work to find something and run with it till she can fire you. They have Dr's. That speed all the time,run over weight. That's ok. Manager will not talk to Dr's. About any of it, won't let you present your side. This place is not worth your time.
