Horrible little people. They will lie about the weights and sizes of the loads and then if you inquire they will leave you high and dry. Happened to me because I asked about the location of the company. They then left me in Houston Texas. No apologies just an impolite goodbye due to my trust issues for asking who they are. Incredible. They have address' all over the country and are very shady. They wont answer the phone everything must be in writing with different apps. Very very shady people and may not even be located in the US. That's why they use exclusively the What's App. To save on out of country phone calls. They sound like they are from Pakistan or India. Stay away from these angry little people.

I wanted to share my honest feedback after driving for Pure Freight Lines (PFL) out of the Chicago area for the past 48 months. I know a lot of guys here are always looking for reliable carriers, so here are my pros and cons, specifically regarding their OTR/Regional division.

Pros

Consistent and Competitive Pay: PFL definitely pays well for the lanes they run. My rate per mile is competitive with the bigger carriers, and I see consistent mileage. They are transparent about deductions and bonuses. Top-Tier Equipment: This was a major factor for me. They run well-maintained, late-model vehicles. The trucks are assigned, not slip-seated, and they actually follow through on maintenance schedules, which means less downtime waiting on repairs. Fantastic Home Time Policy: For a

Cons

Yard Congestion: The Chicago terminal yard can get pretty congested, especially during peak hours on Monday mornings. Getting in and out for trailer swaps sometimes requires patience.

NEGATIVE ONE STARS! This company was one of the absolute worst I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure of working at. This company is dishonest and shady. There is no organization or planning. They constantly try to get you to work off the clock, they buy the worst worn down piece of junk vehicles they can and have you run that until it breaks on you, "which happens often". They are constantly trying to find ways to keep money from you. And worst of all they are emotionless greedy people who do not care one bit about your health or safety. Hr is no help they are just as disshonest and will turn on you the second they can. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING AND DONT WANT TO DRIVE ILLEGALLY. I genuinely hope this place gets shut down. If you look at the reviews a lot of the decent ones are from their employees who work in the office, they are fake reviews. They have to get their own people to leave good fake reviews to trick potential drivers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMPSTER FIRE.

Absolutely nothing

If you need stability during these crazy times, this is a place to deploy your driving experience and skills. Dispatchers treat you like a family, you are always minutes, sometimes even seconds away from reply regarding an issue on your trip. They handle it immediately with minimum stress to the driver. Glad I found Pure Freight lines. With so many trucking companies out there who just look at drivers like a number, at Pure Freight my wife and i feel part of the family. Perfect situation for Husband and Wife teams or teams in general. Paid on time all the time with no problems. Owners of Company are very smart well educated and securely established with contracts and lanes. Went through beginning of this year with no problem with work due to pandemic situation we made money, cash flow strongly secured I am impressed thus far and recommend everyone who has a CDL, to come and join our family.

Pros

Great home time, Excellent money, professional and courteous staff. Well established.

Cons

I have no cons with Pure, 5 Star all the way
