Don't even consider this place. They could care less about the drivers in every way possible. We easily take home the same amount of money and we only work Monday through Friday. Home EVERY weekend.

Easy freight to haul, management team doesn't care about the driver or the drivers life outside the truck. They are just worried about revenue the truck is making. The shop could do better keeping up on equipment repairs and getting it serviced on time. Drivers shouldnt have to worry about getting equipment serviced while on off time.

They fire drivers for no reason. Without notice, coaching, warning, or explanation. Don’t waste your time unless you like walking on eggshells. Check out their google reviews and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Every review is pretty much saying the same thing. It’s all drivers saying how they got fired for nothing or for some bs reason.

Pay, good equipment, light loads, easy runs, dedicated lanes.

Cons

They will fire you for nothing * must kiss behind if you want to stay on staff * terrible home time, 5 - 6 weeks out MINIMUM * will fly you out for orientation then fire you and not pay to get you back home

Would not recommend QLS to anyone. They make big promises that they don’t keep. This company is team only, salary pay, but no retirement plan or decent safety bonus. Too much office drama and favoritism here.
