2024 international truck was amazing ????. No problems. Great company ???? to work for. I had to leave for bad health issues ????. Needed benefits. Thanks Ivan and the whole staff of Rafa Trans. My boss ???? even drove me to the airport safe and hand shake. Much Respect brother. Buy ladies.... ❤️ ????.

This company is terrible and fraud they terminated my contract because I told my dispatcher how I wanted my truck to run. They told me to get out of they truck and only provided me with $400 for me and my team driver to get home and told me they couldn't get me a rental which they gave me a rental car to get to orientation. They wrote unprofessional and had 4 employees waiting outside my truck rushing me to pack my stuff up and get out they didn't even want to give me time they lied about how much I would make weekly and had me sitting a total of 7 days in 2 weeks and I only had 2 loads. They made sure my statement was in the negative which is shouldn't have been so they wouldn't have to pay me.

Please, Please, Please do not work for this place! Most of the people here are crooks and scammers. They will not show you any frieght bills or invoices which they are supposed to do according to FMCSA regulations. If you ask for the rate confirmation forget about it, you will never see it. They will claim that they cannot show you that information because other drivers will be disgruntled by the different amounts of pay, which is bull crap. They skim money off top (espeacially the dispatchers) and will rob you blind. Most of the 5 star reviews posted on this site are lies or paid reviews. They will ask you to give them a five star review right after you sign the contract, which makes no sense. Do not trust these people. YOU WILL BE IN THE NEGATIVE ALMOST EVERY WEEK DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. The only good department is ELD (hats off to you guys). The rest are scammers and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Is there zero stars as an option? They will rob you blind. Good thing I have a degree in accounting. Now I just need to find a lawyer.

I've been with this company for 2 years now. They treat you as family I almost paid off my truck and it's a 2017 Freightliner. They helped me purchase a brand new equipment and helped me form a corporation when I first started. 5/5
