Great company to work for. I regret leaving them. Starting pay was lower than other comapnies, but you get good miles and you make similar rates as other companies with a couple big pay bumps in the first year. The dispatchers were always great. The hometime rule of thumb was about 1 day per week worked, but they never gave any issue when it came to hometime and always had loads to get me back to the yard on time. The trucks were limited to 60mph, but fuel, the amount of miles you get consistently, and other incentives made up for it. Great equipment, and you get upgraded sooner the better you do. The benefits were decent, though health insurance prices were too high. They're also a safety focused company so if conditions are bad, they don't give any fuss when you have to sit and will honor the layover pay if winds are too high/roads are icy. It'll always be on that weeks paycheck if you submit it on time. About 50% drop and hook and 50% live load/unload. Overall great company to work for.
Pros
Consistent miles, consistent pay. Great dispatchers. Great equipment. Great incentives. Paid weekly.
Cons
Health benefits a little expensive, and could offer more home time even though they won't fuss if you take a little more than they suggest.
