Tractors are governed at 55 mph. home every night or day depending on shift. all grocery and perishables. You use a power jack to unload or drop and switch a trailer. pay is hourly and great with all benefits and pension. no weekly premium for medical like most companies.

Pros

Pay , Benefits, and Teamsters Union

Cons

nights and weekends....but you get premium pay for nights and weekends

Awesome place to work, especially if you are single. Teamters union , medical, dental, retirement... Easy gig..always use an electric power jack to unload pallets. 3 stores at most to unload to then go back for another run. Trucks are 2012- 2013 freightliner day cabs..there are some newer 2021 automatics....but its not like you take the trucks home. Trailers are dry vans and Reefers Best job I ever had and I've been driving 25 years....ive done local, regional, otr, ...paid by load, cents per mile, hourly, by the weight....its a dream job a truck driver

Pros

$31.17 per hour...time and 1/2 after 8 Sunday premium pay....lots of overtime Medical/dental is awesome. pension...paid holidays, birthdays, anniversaries etc

Cons

Low senority works nights and days off during week. no weekends..

If you want Quality of life don’t work there. They don’t care about you or your family in life. When drivers die all they do is post a picture and that is sometimes.

Pros

The pay and benefits are the only good things.

Cons

No family time forced overtime dispatchers don’t ask you how you’re feeling on a turn run. Dispatchers have a bad attitude. You’re trading your life for money and it’s a bad trade working there. Stay away!!

company is great pay but nights weekends and holiday you will work for 15 years before you see any weekend or holidays or a day time shift. plus managers seduce married women and subordaents. disgusting and if you become injured that will fight you for years that like new drivers that kiss butt

Pros
