Great company, since new ownership. Decent miles and pay. All new trucks, APUs, family feel to this company. Still rentals or leases on trucks.

Pros

Good pay, newer trucks, new wearhouse, new owner. Friendly office personnel.

Cons

Bi weekly pay, can sit for long periods. Difficult to contact dispatch

This man is the most biggest most unethical person to work for! Bypass him at all cost! He will not pay you and he will fire your on the spot! He will escort you off his property and you will not know why! He's crazy! And screws with your pay!!! Trust me.

Pros

I can't think of one! Nice payroll guy and that's about it

Cons

Unethical and don't care about his employees at all. Will leave you stranded if broke down Uses Ryder lease crap trucks Won't pay you what he owes!

Do not work for this company. Very unprofessional. They send drivers to very tight areas. I delivered a load to a guys house. They will not pay when you quit. Even if you take the truck back to the yard. They encourage you to violate DOT regulations, for instance delivering loads on personal conveyance so you don't go over your hours. I had a load that was over weight and they told me to drive at night when the scales are closed. A lot of NY city loads, (the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan) and you sit waiting on loads. Never got home on time. Hard to get in touch with anyone at the office. My equipment wasn't too bad because they don't own any of the trucks all penske and Ryder rentals. Freightliners and Volvo's governed at 70 mph. The pay was alright, .53 cents per mile , but it's hard to get miles.

Pros

The equipment, nothing else

Cons

Don't pay you when you quit. Won't send you the pay stub and won't answer your calls. I'm in the process of suing this company just to get what I'm owed

I worked for Ray Hamilton company they claim to be paying the highest amount per mile when in fact they are not. They will route you into their office if at all possible to add to your load with other loads to increase their profit margin but not increase the drivers pay for extra stops. They don't care if a customer put a seal on a load or not they will break it add to it and then try and make it look like the ceiling never been Disturbed. I was injured on the job I worked for a week injured by my own choice but when I was forced to go out on disability they not only did not pay the disability on time they didn't pay me for the week that I worked that they owed me. Trying to get anybody on the phone is impossible they just don't care you're not there servicing them then you just don't matter. They give you trucks that doors are missing inside the sleeper so everything is falling all over the place while you're driving the trucks are poorly maintained by Ryder or Penske they don't maintain their own equipment. They will promise you the world to get you to sign on or to stay but they will not deliver company needs to be restructured from the owner all the way down highly recommend you stay away from this company they are not reputable in any way shape or form.

Pros

You'll get some miles but not a lot

Cons

Terrible management terrible reimbursement. Very few benefits that you more than pay for management is terrible all the way from the owner down
