No matter the experience, training. Everyone gets paid the same amount. Most drivers don't listen to dispatch and call them a joke, then do as they want to do. If you do what your told the drivers will single you out because your making them look back for sitting around. If you keep your nose clean, ignore the mouth you get singled out.

Pros

Newer trucks, great for short term job. Paid weekly. Easy to ask for a day off for work, school, doctors. Home every night

Cons

Constant disrespectful employees. Dispatch not taking concerns seriously. Not a long term job.

This company is Family owned and operated. The owners have driven, and still do from time to time, they will listen to you if you have a concern or problem. The equipment is newer, and they keep the equipment maintained. The Owners understand that the drivers are what keep the company going. Keep in mind if there are any negative reports here about this company, more than likely that person didn't want to work, or goofed off not doing their job. This kind of work can be dirty, but if your a hard worker that's not going to really matter.

Pros

Hometime, friendly, understanding, local

Cons

Weather related, can be a dirty job
