No freight, low pay, can’t get the miles necessary to get the fuel bonus. The recruiters will promise you 2500 miles, but I’ve only seen that once. A lot of brokered freight.

Disorganized company stuck with outdated management and new technology trucks burdened with "safety" equipment that constantly nags at drivers and won't idle

The pay sucks, but they have a good pet policy. Open door to everyone, including owner of company. Sometimes not enough miles to keep you running over the weekends. Maintenance is great.
