Low miles, riding on a name that we all know is long gone. The same people keep posting good things about the new Rbxee/WILSON CO. But the RBX values and putting truckers first is long gone.

Pros

Pretty trucks, but dark trucks are hard to see at night. Safety hazard.

Cons

LOW pay, low home time. Not a regional company. They run you like OTR with low pay. 45-52 cents a mile for company

I work for RBX for 18 years was in the national guard deployed 2 times while working for this company both times start me over as a new hire coming back from a war zone do not support vet .

RBX is no longer owned by the original owners. It is now owned by Wilson Logistics offspring. Most of the original people left after RBX filed bankruptcy. The 3 main people are "supposedly" employed for 2 more years. The starting pay is .42-.46 cents a mile. They say 1000-2000 miles is a good week. Wilson is trying to ride the RBX name of being family-oriented. I wish them luck. But RBX/####### to please is NO longer. It is now RBxeee Wilson Logistics

Must stay out 14 days plus even if you live close to main terminal. 1000-2000miles a week, then you fight to get more.

If you enjoy getting $500 a week and being blamed for others mistakes, this is the company for you.

Macon terminal is the worst. The manager and fleet managers who work out of there are the worst and will blame the driver for their own mistakes. You will not get any miles because they don't know how to run a company but will blame the driver. One fleet manager doesn't even know the abbreviation for states! Often, you the driver, will be telling them how to do their job!
