Just know if you lease from them you are considered an owner op from day one and charge you for everything. They lie and steal from the drivers the rental and hotel they get you will be billed back to you. Stay clear from these thieves they need to be investigated and shutdown

Pros

Graves Diner is amazing and free to employees also the free drinks and food you can get from the upstairs break room

Cons

Everything else is a con

DO NOT LEASE HERE !!!!! You will loose everything you have I made barely 200.00 aweek an most times nothing at all after 4 mons on the road I didn't make no more than 2,000. 00 in total . I could clean toilets an make more . They lie steal an cheat you on every dime they could an the more I wanted explanations the more punished I became . They will not answer or explain anything on your money an when you do you will get terminated an blamed for failure. You can't make any choices an can't turn down loads . You will starve to death They run on favoritism an kiss ### people so if you stand your ground an fight for answers you will loose your job . It's better for them to fire someone that they think is a problem because then they're not held accountable to giving you answers on no paychecks . You will be capped at 4600 to truck an you pay for reefer fuel an washouts . Explain that ! It's not my trailer or loads . Come on over if you want to screwd without lube an then get blamed for it hurting so bad lmaoooo

RUN!!!!! RUN hard an fast ...DO NOT LEASE HERE ! YOU will loose your entire life an Lively hood . They LIE LIE LIE !!! RUN YOU LIKE A DOG AN STEAL YOUR MONEY WITH NO EXPLANATION. when you #### them off an want answers you will not get anything but terminated an blamed for any an everything which then keeps them from being held accountable. They will not answer you or give direct answers . You will run an make 4600 to truck an left with nothing . I thank them for my termination because apparently I'm to stupid to realize I needed to leave I just kept hoping it would change an get answers but instead fired which again thank God because now the stress anxiety an bs is finally over ....you will pay for a 400.00 mattress load lock bars reefer fuel trailer washout an they will get you a rental car am hotel for orientation but you will pay every dime back . Fun facts an news you can use ...fmcsa should really investigate them for.predatory lease an stealing living an cheating . Come on over They would love to screw you over to without using lube an then blame you for it hurting so bad lmaoooooo

Please take my advice seriously. Do not work for this company. The con is they do not pay their employees. You can drive all of the 50 states and you will not get paid. Month after month with no pay check. A lot of time you’re paying for the diesel as well having to pay for every little thing. It’s not worth the time you put on the road the outcome is not great at all. The staff are disrespectful. They lie to their employees… It’s one of worse trucking companies to work for…

Pros

No pros at all.

Cons

There is a lot of cons with this company.

Company communication is horrible!!! What they do not explain is how the program works. YES THE DRIVERWILL MAKE $100K PLUS...but if one does the math, 70% of earning belong to company including fuel surcharge; deadhead pays after 200 miles @ .60cpm and you will deadhead a lot; the driver leasing will earn 30% of income which is before taxes is to be paid to the IRS for unemployment benefits if they resigned( and I am getting paid); trailer washouts belong to the driver not company; you will not see the full maintenance records before signing the lease so all repairs will be costly; please know how to spend your fuel expense for you will be paying out the rear end; you will not have the option to choose loads for productivity based on home expenses; be mindful their company drivers will make more profit than leasing and they will deny a driver to switch to company driver

Pros

you will have apu and television and on-board wifi that is weak and limited and outdated

Cons

forced me into retirement based on my net income before taxes which is less than $40k

Ran into a couple here in Jackson Mississippi. Nice people. Said they are a good company but that some people have trouble....I'm learning that every company is good to some bad to others......they had a nice lime green Cascadia and seemed to like what they did.

I was a lease operater with Garrison. They will run you out of the gate pretty good. And then get ready. To starve that is. Everything I am putting down is truth. Try and force you to do short runs. 2000 to 5000 mile runs that take from two to days. When they send rates to you on qual com. It never adds up. I never could figure it out. If you are from Alabama you stand a chance. But if you are from out of Alabama you are in trouble. And dont expect that escrow. They will take it. I am looking into legal action now against them. I know they Have lost contracts. And dedicated lanes. There qual com's sure find away of being cut off on broker loads they cant cover. Just to mention. This is really not the old Garrison. It was sold out sometimes back. They lost one of there contracts last year. Ventura foods. Alot of no paying chicken runs. When I say that. You could have a couple picks. But! Be ready to spend a couple days getting it. Dont ask for detention lol. There is tons of reasons to run from these people. My advise is run. You are going to lose.
