Warning. Liars. If you know someone there, or you are a suckup, you will do well here. Any company actually. They do not offer you a load. They assign you a load, and you'd better take it. Lease or not. What are other drivers talking about "fight for loads"? I didn't come to them to have to do that. I thought they we going to be professional and offer loads, back off, and let you do your job. Stated in orientation you are not allowed to book loads through anyone else- and that's how they control you. They are serpents, and will not strike at you until you somehow upset your dispatcher, who then lies upward, and they magically have no loads-- ON A DEDICATED ACCOUNT(LOL). They are cowards who will not talk to you about what you have done to anger them- they will simply leave you in the dark, to bite with revenge. Ask all you want- once you #### someone off you are done and will not know it, while they secretly and maliciously put you in the negative. I ran hard for them, topping at many multiple loads a week. I am still employed, but being punished with no loads, so when this officially ends I will state everything. I have no idea what exactly I have done wrong, and they are like evil little stingy cowards purposefully not saying anything while whispering behind my back. Very pathetic. DO NOT LEASE WITH THIS COMPANY. It's simply ridiculous I am sitting here with no loads after asking what I've done wrong and getting no responses, with all my loads on time or early when allowed. They are little kids on a playground deciding they don't like the one who is confident and start pickin at you. Also, how do they get you a truck? During orientation you all go outside, they hand out a piece of paper with them listed, and whoever gets there first, gets it. I should have known then that they don't truly give a rat's ask about any of us.

Pros

Good pay if they like you, free food at terminals is nice, management is nice to your face.

Cons

No work if they don't; bad equipment has been my experience, long wait times to speak with dispatchers, etc., incompetence, insecurity by 'butthurtable' childish keyboard pushers, cowardly actions by all management, leave you hanging then get mad when YOU make a decision. Management is a snake behind your back.

I wish I never came to this company the one I came from was not paying me and this one here where they're making us pay for everything and getting through low paying loads my settlements wearing a negative from the other company because they didn't want to pay anybody so almost everybody's leaving that company after they did a merger so I came to this one this one's even worse I've been looking for them for a month I've only one positive paycheck and it was $290 roughly and I've been here a month I've already looking for other places to go to I personally make a payment tomorrow on my property all I'm going to lose it well I guess I just lost it because I ain't got no money to pay it now and they they do have advances but the thing is it's based on your load it's a percentage of it and it's a Max of $300 a week I've been out of food no money I'd go out on the street and Panhandle I make homemade that I'm making here if my car insurance is getting canceled so I can make the payment as soon as percent of the load but they don't tell you is they keep giving you lots of pays anywhere from $500 to $900 and they give it a miles what takes you almost the whole week to deliver it because of the distance and they pay $29 to 30 cents if your surcharge when it should be 40 cents or more I recommend staying away

Pros

They are for free food at their terminals for drivers and drivers families also the offer health insurance

Cons

If you're broke you've even broker if you credit is bad because of a previous company it's going to get even worse prepare to be homeless and lose everything you have

Your company sucks ! Getting paid for your work and you do not get paid. How does one eat with the paycheck that is only 45.00 and the next 3 checks are so small it’s not funny. I would never drive for this company if it were the last company on earth.

Pros

There are no pros to this company

Cons

You don’t get paid. Go three weeks without a pay check. It’s pretty sad that they run this business and are Not Honest.

You will roll 1500 miles a week just enough for them to get all the money out of the deductions you will not be getting anything they will keep your last check and your escrow account

Pros

This is a scam company

Cons

Their lease purchase is a $12,000 a month scam I will be getting in touch with the IRS to see if they're taking all the fuel least purchase drivers pay for and uses as a tax deduction

Ran into a couple here in Jackson Mississippi. Nice people. Said they are a good company but that some people have trouble....I'm learning that every company is good to some bad to others......they had a nice lime green Cascadia and seemed to like what they did.

I was a lease operater with Garrison. They will run you out of the gate pretty good. And then get ready. To starve that is. Everything I am putting down is truth. Try and force you to do short runs. 2000 to 5000 mile runs that take from two to days. When they send rates to you on qual com. It never adds up. I never could figure it out. If you are from Alabama you stand a chance. But if you are from out of Alabama you are in trouble. And dont expect that escrow. They will take it. I am looking into legal action now against them. I know they Have lost contracts. And dedicated lanes. There qual com's sure find away of being cut off on broker loads they cant cover. Just to mention. This is really not the old Garrison. It was sold out sometimes back. They lost one of there contracts last year. Ventura foods. Alot of no paying chicken runs. When I say that. You could have a couple picks. But! Be ready to spend a couple days getting it. Dont ask for detention lol. There is tons of reasons to run from these people. My advise is run. You are going to lose.
