Driver friendly support good people to work with and best pay for hard work. Trucks are too old for OTR too many breakdowns. If you're lucky enough to get newer truck great job!

This is a real bad company from Russia and see $$$ before the drivers. They push you over the limit as the law .

I'm continually impressed by the enlightened professional management at Real Trucking. They have put in many measures to take care of their drivers, and ensure safety. There is great communication with the drivers and the dispatchers are experienced.

Pros

Great people who are respectful of their drivers.

No cons, really, even the facilities are now greatly improved.

This is a “real” trucking company. Working with them is great..!! Good loads, good miles, and good equipment. They always go above and beyond for any driver's needs. I would definitely recommend driving for Real Trucking ..!!

Very friendly and professional team. They do reply promptly to all of my issues and always ready to help. Good equipment with a good customer 24/7 support. Moneywise - if you want to work more - you got it.
