Redbone is such a great place to work. I tell others that you wouldn't look anywhere else if you were me either. The guaranteed home time is incredible and they really mean it, obviously taking weather into account. My truck is great and the shop does a great job of keeping track of maintenance thats due. Dispatch is awesome and listens to me. I wanted a different route to get different days at home and they were able to work it out. Love it here.

Great family company with it's own shop. Great pay on my division, new equipment with inverters and refrigerators. The owner works in office Monday thru Friday and knows you by name. Shop gives you oil, coolant, chains, windshield wipers and fluid. Great pay home weekly. If you are self sufficient you won't hear from them but they are always available if you need them. Safety bonuses and many other benefits including medical dental 401k. Worked 51 weeks out of 2020 with steady work. Already brought two people to work for the company. Weekly pay. Great company to work for. Tv with dish provided.
