Whoever wrote that last review dont know wtf they're talking about, if you're getting a lot of service on the road you're not being a team player or doing your job, im going to assume that they're to lazy to change a light bulb.

Miles, you control your pay

Cons

None of which i can speak of....ive worked for a few companies over the years, none can even begin to measure up to rinaudo, they truly hire to retire.

Pull mainly RDNs and step decks RGN freight is season so they pay $125 layover You're paid all Miles empty and loaded Dispatch is easy to work with , safety is safety pompous and arrogant as most are ( everybody's right and a driver is always wrong ) They have a small shop and do light maintenance do a lot of service on the road , The owners a decent person and easy to work with

Pros

Simple and easy to work with , we pull over size so if you read your permit and follow the route life is easy

Cons

They hired too many steering will holders we get tickets and our CSA scores go up and our freight goes down
