Drop and hook at distribution centers. Usually D/H for back hauls, with an occasional live-load. Dispatch sends info thru phone app and doesn't micromanage unless forced.

Pros

Home time every day. Not micromanaged.

Cons

Dealing with lazy drivers that will not pre/post equipment and get it repaired as needed.
