RMDS (NAPA Auto Parts) reviews

7 year old trucks have mechanical issues. They are trying to drag out the old trucks until they renew their contract and get newer trucks later this year but I couldn't risk losing my CDL. Contracted mechanics at Penske don't fix NAPA trucks and lie about repairs because they are lazy. Small office, 1 dispatcher who will ruin your day if she doesn't like you. Got my first citation with NAPA after driving for 6 years for being told to drive a truck with expired tags. Had to quit after 2 weeks on the road for fear of losing CDL.

Good Penske equip. Home weekends and major holidays. Steady pay increases usually yearly. safety bonuses. alot of set runs or run wild.

As a private fleet, we have an excellent environment in which to work. We pick up at customer suppliers and deliver to our own distribution centers. We get home weekly for our restarts and, haul no touch freight. Mostly drop and hook.
